Acceptance of Terms. By using https://brixelllc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Brixel LLC markets and arranges House Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Window Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://brixelllc.com is the property of Brixel LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. Brixel LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Brixel LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Brixel LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
